He’s the actual argument: validate the defenders of ICE, support Dem supporters of ICE, defend them from criticism. Somehow by defending ICE, by being perceived as “moderate”, this earns enough good will or something, that we can abolish ICE one day. It’s objectively reactionary and dumb.
