Just an old goat.

Okay, a middle-aged goat, but that doesn't sound as distinguished.
People will pull out the lamest possible superiority complexes to feel just that little bit better than someone else.

The important question is, does your roommate seem relieved or disappointed?

Just something on the wing.

I remember when it was cold enough in October to need a coat, and it felt like that classic, stereotypical Fall with all the leaves turning color and falling and just... good. It was my favorite time of year by far.

Now it's in the 70's(f) and somehow all the leaves just go right to dead brown.

Furries are a subset of geek, and geeks in general are known for social odiousness.

Really, you get the same types of social fail-states from Trekkies, gamers, TTRPG neckbeards, PC enthusiasts, etc.

It's a glorious and malodorous geek stew. Furries are just the bit of cat hair floating on top.

GrandmAI randomly breaks out into a horribly racist screed that trails off into a crazy word salad about ants but that's actually pretty accurate to how grandma was, so.

I bet this is also going to be used for "personalized ads" where your deceased grandma badgers you into buying shit.

THIS. I am absolutely floored by the number of people in this modern age of ad-soaked internet hell who seemingly aren't even aware of uBlock Origin or the genuine importance of adblocking in general.

This is true perversity. This should describe every prison, and yet in America it's reserved solely for the corrupt and the despicable.

Mamdani won because he actually remembered that he's employed by the people, for the people, not as a ruler with a mandate to condescend to the masses about what he thinks they need.

That his opponents were a corrupt sex offender and a non-entity in a stupid hat probably also helped a bit.

Don't worry, Platner plans to have the orphans he punched removed.

Shh, you're making it harder for him to whine about "the Liberal Elites" while offering no practical solutions to the problems he's supposedly highlighting.

For a while now there has been a perverse current of thought in certain sectors of society which claims that retaliating against a bully is an even worse sin than bullying itself is.

Still haven't learned a damn thing, have you? Better sites than this have tried to reject the communities that built them up in the first place, and every one of them have earned the hard lesson that comes from it.
