I don't. Judging by how this situation played out and what eyewitnesses said to first-responders, it is very likely that this was an attempted suicide. I was still shaken and a few weeks out of service but I know I did everything I could. There is no way stopping someone whose made up his mind.

This was the first time in my life that I have been involved in a traffic accident during my line of work as a train driver, resulting in the death of a human being. My condolences to the Family and a heartfelt thank you to the rescue workers who arrived swiftly and got everyone to safety.
