I haven't tried that dessert bread-- sounds really good. I've had mixed results with the BoBerry biscuit. One was good but the next time, overbaked/microwaved) and felt like a rock in my stomach. The cinnamon twists might vary in taste the same way.

No. They aren't that great. But they're cheap, so you may have a better experience if you want to try them.

I'm impressed. Never had any filling except vanilla cream in a cream horn. That pink's right purty. When I was a kid we'd get a cream horn at the Cardinal Point bakery in Paducah, KY. That was as fancy as it gets. My sister prefers blackberry jam with seeds, like mama used to make.

A few days ago early in the morning there were 30+ loud crows descending on the ravine behind my apartment complex. I don't know what they were up to but it was kinda freaky. I heard the red-shouldered hawk who lives there protesting -- they must have run him off. 🐦⬛
