Type one diabetes and interview day. A big shoutout to cortisol for stimulating blood glucose in these types of situations. I wouldn’t be me without the temporary insulin resistance. 😑

Homemade stock and some soup. Two hours of labour for one bowl. I do have leftover stock for future stews and casseroles though. 🍜💕
