When I was living in South Florida somebody who was way too old to be driving hit the gas instead of the brakes and killed like four or five people sitting on a bench at an intersection. They let her keep driving and the only consequence was that her insurance rates went up. She could afford it.

We call the jaunty trot here in these parts.  i’ve gone to some trouble to try and capture on video a certain cat I’m friends with doing this precise thing. Just like you said it’s the best! It’s medicine :)
