Cheers for the reply. Yep have tried 2 different browsers on phone and 2 on laptop. Logged out and in again. Followed ‘seat selection’ link from the email and also tried going to the website separately not via the email. Same result every time.

Hi - was successful in the ballot but when I go to select seats, the option isn’t there and still says ‘restricted sale’ under Chelsea fixture. Despite also saying ‘seat selection from midday Thursday 24th’.
