There is a whole generation that has no idea what is like with someone who’s honed the craft and stopped winging it after 10+ years of working in the same specialty. Layoffs and burnout have created this kind of culture where knowledge is just lost over making the numbers look good.

I had a friend who was there burned out hard. From what I understood there were also cliques where some naughty dogs were more equal than others.

What a shit show…. And yet incidents like this feel so familiar.
