Focusing today on simplifying. Removing unnecessary features and workflows that just clutter the experience. It’s easy to keep adding features with AI but more isn't always better

There is a special kind of anxiety that comes with deploying to production on a Friday. I know I shouldn't do it. The users know I shouldn't do it. But that bug fix is just staring at me

The biggest lie we tell ourselves is "I'll start when I have more time"

You will never have more time. You just have to steal it from early mornings, lunch breaks, late nights. If it matters you'll make the time

Worked on both sides of the growth engine tonight.

Paid: Refined the Google Ads keywords to stop wasting budget.
Organic: Wrote a new blog post for the site.

Working on the small stuff today.

Added more login methods and fixed the dashboard text for new users. Also cleaned up the ads because I realized I was spending way too much on keywords that don't even convert

It’s wild to think that not long ago, I wrote every single line of code.

Now? I went from using AI just for debugging to Cursor for small fixes to now having Claude Code literally build whole features for me.

The barrier to entry is gone. If you have an idea, there is zero excuse not to ship it

Motivation is great when it’s there, but you can’t rely on it. The real skill is just learning to work when you’re absolutely not feeling it

Just paid the "Google Ads beginner tax" this morning. Realized I left auto-apply recommendations on. Half my day budget got eaten by the Display Network instead of actual search intent

Spent the day on the small details polishing the UI and fixing bugs. Now shifting focus to something bigger: Predictions

It doesn't just show how you improved last week, it forecasts your next week and gives you tips to beat those numbers. Turning metrics into actual momentum

Just deployed Google Ads for Sidecar. Unlike my previous projects, I’m not just guessing. I’m dialing in every variable audience, keywords, timing to squeeze the most out of the budget. Data over intuition this time around

A lot of people here are grinding on cool things without much noise. Let’s follow each other and watch how things evolve

Facebook is officially approved for Sidecar and in production . Instagram hit a small review snag but should be cleared this week. Mastodon integration is already underway

Got a Raspberry Pi as a gift and spent the night setting up n8n workflows just for fun. Didn’t even notice the time. Definitely getting old 😂

2025 didn’t go the way I planned business-wise, but this is what dedication looked like for me.

Every dot here is a feature shipped, a bug fixed, or a lesson learned. Even if things didn’t work out the way I hoped, I see this as part of the 10,000 hours toward becoming an “overnight” success.

Trying to help out. Is anyone working on an open source project and could use an extra set of hands during the holidays?

Heads down shipping the past few days. Improved post creation with sentiment insights and easy way to add Unsplash stock images

Consistency over everything. Even on the low-energy days

Working on improving single post creation and cleaning up the text you write. Makes posting way smoother.

Working on your startup as a developer right now is honestly amazing. You have an idea or a feature request and you can build it in minutes and ship it in a few hours. No reason not to be improving your product daily from user feedback

Just got a second user for Sidecar. Feels good seeing there’s a real need for it. Facebook Pages integration is done, now just waiting on approval

Big milestone… I can now put “rejected by YC” on my resume with confidence

Perfection stops more businesses from starting than anything. It might suck at first, but push through it.

Something about coding on a plane just hits different. Way more productive up here

Just fed my entire backlog to Claude Code. Either I’m getting massive progress or pure chaos 😅

Sidecar posts were sounding a bit too generic, so I tweaked the AI instructions and added some post-processing to make them feel more natural. Beta tester’s loving the new changes
