Got a wearable tracker for some of my chronic illnesses, and it gives me 20 pacing points per day to prevent crash, based on my vitals. Ran errands and bought groceries for this coming week today, and it told me I used 70/20 pacing points just doing that 😭😭😭😭 No wonder I'm always in burnout.
