Might be fried then :(. Could also be the motherboard that's the problem. You'll probably need to try the CPU in another motherboard to confirm. Maybe a BIOS update could fix it but it's unlikely

Manual there says a red light means one of the components isn't functioning correctly. Which red light do you have?

Motherboard manual will have info on it on what the lights mean. Like a solid red light will mean something, and one that blinks 3 times means something else.

This feels like a fever dream what an odd game. None of the characters are particularly good looking so it hardly seems like furry bait so all the anthro characters seem like such a strange choice
