ou know you are on the right path and having sn effect when the snakes start to hiss. A counterpoint editorial and letters to the editor are needed now.

Is there a full video of this townhall somewhere?

Even the Canadian media sucks. Tariffs are only part of it--a smaller part than the fact that Canada's soveriegnty has been threatened.

Are they hiring people from Amtrak or something? Two trains per day isn't enough to attract passengers.

Not a very well done story.

No. That's not what I said. I said I am surprised that the bots are worse here on BlueSky than on Insta because Meta (which owns Insta) encourages all manner of nonsense to drive engagement.

The bots are so transparent. They think no one can tell. Also interesting that they are far worse here than on Instagram, given that Meta encourages any kind of bahavior to drive engagement.

How many Dems voted for the 1995 Telecommunications Act? How many voted to repeal Glass-Steagall? How many did not support the robust public insurance option Obama wanted in the ACA? How many Dems voted for S&L deregulation in the 80s? I can go on...

That's only part of it. You're not paying close enough attention.

Constellis is not Blackwater. Never was. You are gullible. He worked Embassy security for less than 6 months and quit after realizing how much of a waste private militrary contracts like the one Constellis had are. Stop shilling.

If you don't see that corporate Dems who quit fighting for working people decades ago contributed to the rise of Trumpism, you aren't paying attention. Getting rid of Trumpism for good means also getting rid of corporate Dems who let it rise in the first place.

Nothing "supposed" about it. If you don't think there are Dems who work to preserve the status quo and are beholden to corporate interests, you aren't paying attention. This is exactly how Trumpism rose to prominence--by a Dem Party that went along with 45yrs of neoliberal, pro-corporate policies.

Bots like Seattle Dem don't care about what was really said. They only care about twisting the narrative.

That falls under "provide", which I said 🙂

It also lowers the cost of everything by not having each employer have to negotiate for, provide, and administer a benefits program.

Typical of the NY Post to lie and exaggerate...
