What is very scary about all this, is the media in the main has fallen in line, much as media in history in other totalitarian regimes have done for fear of closure, worse still, members of the management "falling out of windows".

In the meantime, Europe need just 2½ points to remain champions.

That's how oligarchy regimes work - take a look at Russia. The bulk of anything of value is controlled by a few Putin and his oligarchs. The vast majority of Russians live below a decent standard of living and who daren't look the wrong way or say the wrong thing for fear of arrest and prosecution.

The US is now, almost (almost!), irretrievably in the hands of fascist thugs, domestically (Trump & Co), and from afar (Israel in this instance) as well as others of course: Trump's motherland, Russia in the shape of a murderous megalomaniac Putin, and El Salvador and Hungary...

They don’t give a crap about anyone who's been near the Trump/Epstein scandal. All they're interested in is kissing Trump's arse, keeping him out of anything he got up to with Epstein in NY, Florida, on Epstein's plane all those times, and of course Epstein Island (DJT never went there - yeah right)

I sold my UK property to move with my job to the US years ago, the UK law firm Farrer & Co, after all the dust had settled mailed me an adjustment cheque for £0.95 (roughly $1.15). They spent £4 sending it. I didn't cash it I binned it. They wrote 2 more times (£4x2!) asking me why I didn't cash it!
