Det råder ingen överenskommelse om vapenvila mellan Ukraina och Ryssland uppger president Zelensky. Ryssarna bombade Ukraina med 112 robotar i natt, inklusive ballistisk Iskander, och fokuserade på ukrainsk logistik. Estland varnar för att EU kommer översvämmas av ryska krigsförbrytare och veteraner vid ett fredsavtal och enbart i Ryssland har över 1 000 personer dödats av återvändande veteraner. Inreseförbud till EU för ryssar kan bli aktuellt.

Nio personer har än så länge mördats av Ryssland och 30 skadats när en civil buss fylld med personer på väg till jobbet bombades av en rysk drönare. Ryssland mördade även ytterligare fyra civila och skadade 88 inklusive barn i olika terrorbombningar runt Ukraina senaste dygnet. Allt fler toppdiplomater backar och kommer inte delta i toppmötet i London efter att USA:s sändebud till diktatorn Putin, samt USA:s försvarsminister inte kommer närvara när USA ska presentera sitt och Kremls ultimatum till Ukraina.
