I used to get so excited for SuperChannel weekends. Up the Creek, The Night Shift, Hot Dog - The Movie, Gorky Park... All taped and labeled for posterity in our VHS library.

Honestly, first time I've even heard of that album. For reals. Can't even place the cover, but I assume it has them all in capes next to a hookah or a skull.

I think I just knew (or believed) I didn't really care for Pink Floyd, so never really bothered much with their earlier stuff, which in my head I assumed had to be worse than other stuff I didn't like. I'm no music ethnographer, so don't necessarily do deep dives into groups that don't thrill me.

Still am. But couldn't name a single Pink Floyd album or song he contributed to. Presumably the first one, and a couple of others before they released Shine on You Crazy Dingbat?

I can only name 2... But can visualize the album covers of a couple more. My fav is the one with all the painted butts and backs.
