very cool - did she ever publish the research? I had a prior life conducting surveys of invasive grasses in the eastern sierra based out of lee vining. maybe the best job i will ever have.

Second hendrys beach, but ideally at lower tide. If you have time, getting above the fog on one of the mountain trails could be really nice. I may try to organize a trail run Saturday after the occasional
