Draft Thanksgiving menu for party of 3, one vegetarian and two Germans (and one German-American baby). No turkey but tried to keep the rest more traditional.
Impromptu galette from whatever was left in the fridge + frozen pie crust. Doesn't look like much but inside is roasted potato and carrot, caramelized onions that I made on the weekend, goat cheese, egg, and mustard.

Love this. Also L'Enfant station already confused me and I took it every day for 5 years. Now try it with a stroller 😭😭😭

Nearly every meal we've had in Kyiv has been amazing, and the exceptions are really my own fault (Thai/Israeli and cheap sushi). Pictured below is my kimchi grilled cheese and my hubs is having some sort of berry/rhubarb crepe at Spelta.

The poke bowl came with three different sauce options, one was jalapeno based but without the seeds so not spicy. I might try to replicate it for a salad dressing!
Also, I've never had such a fancy presentation of an ume soda 😅🍑

Spending the week in Vilnius, Lithuania, as Lead Reviewer of Lithuania's first Biennial Transparency Report (BTR). As 2024 was the first year of BTR submissions, it's been a learning curve for both countries and technical experts!
