Now, if I could get my 19 month old to sleep through that might be an achievement worth adding to the report too… the sleep deprivation is chronic.

Now I need to write a report on my sabbatical achievements and I can only think to say “I didn’t burn out” because I don’t know how I would have done my teaching and engagement on top of this.

Networking only started in June when I stopped breastfeeding. Then I could start doing overnights at conferences. My first abroad was in October. They may such a difference.

Big grant proposals went in and flopped. I have a dozen manuscripts in prep but none over the line.
