Remade my 2 old DnD PCs in Hero Forge with all the new toys that we have to play with. I think I've gotten better at making models now. (Old vs. New)

If you want a visual to represent which NPC the party is talking to may I recommend making polaroids. Use whatever you want to make the NPC (not AI that's cringe), add a bit of photoshop magic and print them out. You can stick them on your DM screen whenever the party is interacting with them.
