I like the idea of knights behaving almost like WWE wrestlers, with big over the top stage personas and long-term beef.

Funny you should ask. Technically no it's a Tarrasque, but I am planning to paint it in a similar style to a Balrog, and then use it as a placeholder for Smaug.
