Azier hardly needs to understand people and their motives, given that he has enough informants. If he trusts you, he probably knows too much.
It's hard to tell his level of intuition, he relies mostly on sight and hearing, and that's what a creature born in space develops the most. Not guessing.

Kele has mastered guessing traces of humans work and traps location; he can predict your actions in close combat based on your movements.

He is good at noticing movement and smells, but sometimes ignores obvious threats in the heat of the chase.
Doesn't trust people.

Crossing the threshold of the "haunted" house, Morrog already knows what's wrong.
Eidolons reveal a lot to him. Mor is not the fastest guy, but his attention to detail helps him plan a solution before it's needed.
He has a good sense of his surroundings, but trusts people too much.

I also wonder about the existence of pre-packaged spells. Some mage made it, simple Cure/Fire/Aero ready to use. You don't need any knowledge, but the power is minimal. And other similar things, suitable for a first aid kit or household chores.🤔

But how it all feels? I think, like science learning in real life, magic feels like hard work that pays off late. Seems easy from the outside, strains the brains, etc.
Drifting gods words feel like energy lump in you throat, and you have to be determined to use it.

They are all also capable of using Drifting gods languages, each in their own way.
Which is sort of magic I guess? But with very specific usage.

Azier doesn't need magic. He often experiments with his own aether, which is used as an active element or source of radiation.
Other use cases ...are not documented.

Kele was only able to master the practical skills of stealth during his time in Doma. He relies solely on physical strength, and can remain unnoticed even under aether detectors.

People make things for themselves and their friends, they obviously don't care if you find their mods or not. It may sound unpleasant, but that's how it is.✌️
