Publications Designer

Scope: Create an initial guide layout, and then layout 3 progress reports and 1 programme book
Skills: Design and layout experience
Time Commitment: Intermittent- a few hours work every few months

Merch organiser

Scope: Running our online merch shop. This would involve maintaining the shop, uploading new designs, processing any returns etc.
Skills: Past experience in running an online store.
Time Commitment: Minimal, currently maybe an hour a week.e of the convention.

Guest of Honour Liaison

Scope: Making sure our GoH’s needs are met, coordinating communications, and making sure we have what we need from them.
Skills: Good communication, planning and organisational skills, with the added bonus of not getting starry eyed over our Guests of Honour

Scope: Identifyingvolunteer role needs, recruiting and onboarding, and communicating with volunteers and potential volunteers.
Skills: We need someone organised, friendly, and who really believes in the importance of volunteering
