Beautiful sunset tonight, but those clouds portend a wintry wind and a bit of snow tomorrow.
Q9. A favorite park is like an old friend, which we know well. But there's always something new to learn. Did you make a new discovery about one of your "old friends" this past year? Share a photo or a story. #ParkChat

Looking forward to hosting another great #ParkChat this Wed. night, 12/3! I’ll have a topic by then, I promise.

This will be my first #ParkChat since being enshrined in the ParkChat Hall of Fame. I knew if I publicly begged for it long enough they’d let me in. That works for everyone, doesn’t it?
We are still working on our topic but this week #ParkChat welcomes Hall of Famer @btarrington.bsky.social as our special guest host. I’m certain that Todd will put together a terrific chat. Please join us. @naturetechfam.bsky.social @camarowrx.bsky.social @tthrash.bsky.social @mountainscalling.me

I can imagine my ancestors, before radio, TV, and internet, looking to the west after this cold, beautiful, sunny day, and saying "yep, snow's comin' in tonight." Livestock would have been brought closer to the barn, and more grain would have been brought into the barn's feed room.
