Exploitative capitalism underpins racism, and racism gives foundation to exploitative capitalism. It's an ouroboros. That's why Fred Hampton and his Rainbow Coalition and similar such activities are such a threat. Destroying this link means the cycle cannot self sustain.

Racial minorities must be penalized in order for the white working class to succeed. This has been the mantra since slavery to jim crow. But of course, no matter the penalties to racial minorities, white-working class will never succeed under their system.
