IMO the argument is that housing policy had enabled a situation where unscrupulous landlords are free to make ridiculous profits off of a necessity, including things like the Faircloth amendment (keeping housing short) and realpage

IMO the argument is that housing policy had enabled a situation where unscrupulous landlords are free to make ridiculous profits off of a necessity, including things like the Faircloth amendment (keeping housing short) and realpage

What is the cause of that? The argument is that banning realpage doesn't prevent price rises but that it slows the rate of increase. What would the rate of increase since Oct 24 have been with realpage is the relevant question?
