I'm not saying they're perfect bike lanes, but I'm not sure what your argument is, we have unprotected bike lanes all over Portland and we've had decades of bike activism here, so I'd say Greeley isn't doing half bad

I grew up in Colorado and lived in Colorado Springs and Denver for 29 years. I have not biked in Greeley specifically but it shares the same design patterns as where I did.
It also shares the same patterns as Beaverton and Hillsboro and you can find bike lane on strode there too

It has pretty decent coverage considering the low density. Honestly, in some ways it's better than Portland. We have a higher density grid with more official greenways, but so few of our dedicated bike lanes actually *connect* together
And the burbs are going to be lower traffic like our greenways

Gaslighting is a tool of the enemy. You can't both take COVID seriously and find what science has proven time and time again to be the single most effective tool for preventing the spread of ALL airborne disease "unreasonable." We eradicated an entire linage of Flu B with the meager efforts we made.

Some of it is how many options there are, but even still, it's so much clicking, jumping between menus, figuring out which colored texture box applies to what on the object itself, etc.
