My first finished book of the year! Longtime wishlist member - I finally got a copy of I Am Legend by Richard Matheson. A fascinating exploration into the emotional toll being a survivor would take on a man. Trigger warning though, there are some uncomfortable moments in the apocalypse!🪐💙📚

🍽 I've recently fallen in love with making pizza in a cast iron pan. It's quick, you don't have to mess around with the dough too much(huge W!), and the crust comes out perfect. Highly recommend giving it a try next time you have the craving!🍽

🍽 tonight's dinner was Eggs Benedict . First time I've ever made a hollandaise sauce. Man they weren't kidding about that being a sensitive dish. I think it came out a bit too runny, but pretty happy with the taste!
