MAID has an incredibly fucked up Track 2 that isn’t present in this legislation or in any state legislation. You can’t just apply MAID to every death with dignity law.

Nice! And yes, Union County indeed. Grew up in Morris County, came back to NJ eventually to Essex County for a couple years and now settled in Union County. (Poor Essex tried to get me on a jury the day before I moved out of the county.)

Honestly this isn’t true. I have a few school classmates that worked there for a couple years some time ago and I can assure you that absolutely none of them are on board with the sentiment of a Nazi rant. Then again, they’re no longer working there, and as I said this was some time ago.

I’m also a strong subscriber to the idea that the 14th Amendment bars Trump from serving, so his entire second term is void ab initio, and any pardons (and any other acts) of his are of no legal force and effect.
