I read too much and make music. An Australian living on Kabi Kabi land. Supporting independent music artist is an act of rebellion with a soundtrack.

Yes, streaming services really are pushing A.I. generated music. This step will further devalue an already undervalued art form. So, please help out independent artist and buy your music from sites such as #Bandcamp and #Ampwall. Thanks everyone.

Happy new year. In 2014/15 we were in Kyoto (in the Gion area) making our way, with many others up to a shrine. This was followed by sweet potato and amazake. It's a bad photo taken with a poor camera, but it's the only evidence I have.

This is my current read. Not only is it prescient, but it also reenforces the idea that "History does not repeat, but human nature does".

Book recommendation for the day. This a great read for anyone who has anything to do with music. The invention of the MP3, the birth of music piracy, and the strategies of music executives. 'Music, crime, and money.' Could it get any better?

So a few days ago I asked if there were any musicians/composers/producers who read books and what would they recommend. Well, here's one of my recommendations.
