We were actually on the way back last season, then the board decided Dutch nationality and Ajax history was more important than quality and experience for a manager appointment.

X% effective basically means it is works X times out of 100 times. So 198% would mean it works 198 times out of 100 times, which doesn't realy make sense 🙂

What would 198% effectiveness even mean? I assume 99% effective means 1% change of failure, so change of both failing would be 1% * 1%, or 0.01%, so 99.99% effective.
