Glad to hear you're excited about the new tool! Unfortunately there isn't a way to recover a base that was previously destroyed and wasn't back up by the reconstruction tool. But this will help with any bases you have once the tool is out and used.

This issue was something we weren't able to resolve, as this outage was on Azure's end. But it appears to be coming back now.

The outage appears to be resolving. The servers are being restarted to help prevent any issues, but will then be available again!
