I did "smell rehab" myself after covid. 3x day, I smelled a bunch of essential oils. Eventually my perceptions got stronger. I think it was helpful. Watch for gas leaks or outdated stuff in the refrigerator. I labeled my food and got an electronic natural gas sensor. Good luck and keep us updated.
