After an evening of relearning trigonometry (17 years since GCSE Maths) something just.. clicked! It was a really satisfying moment. 😄
The steering feels heavy, yet smooth. It reacts well to speed change.. It works on both mobile controls and a controller.. And no hacky modifiers! #solodev #gamedev

One of my favourite games is leaving Netflix, doomed to disappear (this is why #stopkillinggames is so important).
Lego Legacy: Heroes Unboxed heavily influenced the UI and Revenue model for Draftmaster 2 when it launched in 2021, and is an important part of my game's success.

One improvement for Draftmaster 3 is smooth entry/exit of scrolling environment objects.
The pit lane slides into view by moving the sprite along the x axis. Once centered in the camera, it stops sliding and scrolls its texture using a shader instead (for big performance gains)

A unique new mechanic! 🔧
In Draftmaster 3, you'll be able to switch between a car, and a team member mid-race.
An example of this would be when managing a team, you can jump between the Crew Chief organising the team, and each driver carrying out the plan.
