i managed to skip fighting lace at deep docks and she showed up later at the entrance to sinner's road perched on the gate like this

I finished Silksong and then got 100% and then got the speedrunner achievement.

It's such a fun game. Thought I was getting close to the end when I got to the citadel, then they revealed actually I was only halfway through. Then they did it again later.
