YUH I DIDNT KNOW AS WELL

Right now, I have learned the importance of understanding how your body works and importance of balance. It’s not good to risk everything on the present without thinking about the future consequences on what it’ll do to my body 😭 I’m still learning but I’m really happy I have some sorta balance now!

But eventually I realized a lot of it were things I did to myself with how much I was working and overdoing things. I hyper focus on things too much when I want to get them done 🥹

Though it’s still quite hard since a lot of times I compare myself to people who can do just that 😭 There were plenty of times I have to cancel plans with my friends and everyone else because of body pain
