Components are the smallest problem. Try to unify colours across all organisation. Unify headers and patterns. In some way, building block are the easies part ;D

Hym, why? I tend to like reading his articles, maybe not as the “bible” of ux, but they seems interesting. Did he say something cancelworthy?

Why there is this not likeness for NN group? I’m honestly interested, I used their studies weekly to bring some evidence for business folks.

I will discuss this topic in my ux-buddies group. I jokingly named that event “how to make sure that AI will take your job”, but it’s mostly what you are pointing. We need to evolve, and figure out what can we do within current work market. ;D

Yes, but…
You should not ignore aesthetics, but it for sure don’t have to be first focus. Without good game design, you won’t succeed even if your game looked like a million dollars ;)

Movies broke people imagination about emergencies. For example, drowning is mostly silent and looked completely differently. There are many cases where people after the incident state that „he wasn’t looking like he’s drowning”

It’s hard to answer without seeing context of question, but maybe I can help a little. If you have big image, it might be good to focus on purpose and describe that. Try to figure out why the image is in that place, and describe that.
