Yes we need regulatory control. I don’t think even 1% of us is ready. So much AI use is hidden and ethical use is not possible if we don’t know we’re using it.

My point is it’s a vital service. Any delay in communicating latest scientific findings as a problem for patient care. Particularly bc catch up will be slow.

Yes but delaying the communication of science will have serious impacts. We can’t just catch up quickly after it opens. Particularly with so many people let go.
