Bruce Wayne is seated across the restaurant from Patrick. Patrick is his double. He notices that Patrick seems to be under mental duress, but is trying to hold it together. This compounds Bruce's own cognitive dissonance seeing a double of himself dressed impeccably at this very trendy restaurant.
