In 2022 I was awarded a Tier 2 Canada Research Chair in Implementing Digital Health Innovation at #SinaiHealth and #UniversityofToronto

Here’s what I’ve been working on (and will continue to move forward) with the opportunity:
Thank you @amshealthcare.bsky.social for elevating this work. I’m so thankful for my collaborators and team who I get to learn alongside everyday.

@drsteelegray.bsky.social found that successful health tech implementation depends on how meaningful a technology feels and how well it supports and fits into the care experience.

I’m maybe a little too excited about the holiday reading I picked out this year. Big thanks to Pablo Galvez Hernandez for the rec.

Any other fun #ImplementationScience and #RealistTheory mechanisms related books or papers folks are jazzed about?

Great to see these recos which align with some of the evidence.

Flag 1 for me: While there’s attention to the patient and inter professional teams in the report, recommendations themselves are largely clinician centric.

Love the focus on co-design. But let’s make sure everyone needed is there.
