It doesn't. Bachmann stopped making locos like that years ago. I can at least tell you that it runs very smoothly and reliably.

The brown box van also comes from the model shop trip as the jinty. The rest I've had for a while. They're all from the steam era, but the two vans have big four era liveries while the others are British Railways. I don't worry too much about specifics as long as it looks nice.
