We have examples all week long with early treatment of #CRPS . The trick is figuring out what is not resolved. Here it was a fluid filled nodule at the thumb. And edema around the nerves. Injected the thumb and later after this video the median nerve. The test scores were zero in January

Perhaps I was prophetic when I made this video of Canadian bald eagle this summer. Why is the world’s largest scientific community being destroyed? @ryanmarino.bsky.social

All we want for Xmas is a nurse. To give our complex patients the care they need. This is a systemic failure in BC. Patients deserve care teams. Bowel and bladder, wounds, medication reviews, procedural assists. Compassion. @garymasonglobe successive leaders failed

This is how we send 96-year-olds home from the hospital immediately. Knee pain prevents walking or transferring. We do bedside ultrasound-guided #cryoneurolysis or bring them down to the clinic. We used a 10 m walk test, but many had yet to do the ten-meter test before.

This incredible American teen is reclaiming his life after a catastrophic stroke. He left being able to walk with no huge leg brace and a spaghetti arm. He sang Kacey Musgrave songs for 2 hours during the procedure

What’s it like to travel a few thousand km per treatment and have a team of six Drs treat you together?

Another MS patient believed to have weak hip flexors. NO it is contraction of. Vastus intermedius rectus and hamstrings

All the neurologists told me nothing treats hereditary spastic, paraparesis tone. This man left marching and thrilled. We tell them and MS patients their hip flexors are too weak. Nope they are spastic and need to be taken out. Rectus and hamstrings and calves here.

How long does #cryoneurolysis last. Patient and disease dependent. In this patient with a TBI it’s still working at one year, no clonus and range maintained
