oh that sucks :( i wonder if the shrooms were bad or something? i've known ppl who swear by the tea, but others would rather just eat em, so maybe it just affects everyone differently

if you have something like a weed grinder or something similar, use that to grind them up into a fine powder. that'll give you the most effect. also, you probably know this, but it's like twice as strong and kicks in much faster than normal ingestion, so keep that in mind and stay safe :)
