It's also not new. Here is a dev friend of mine experiencing it over a year ago. The current spread is misinformation, pure and simple. This has been a policy for EA + Steam since EA started.

This is misinformation, and I'd ask you to stop spreading it. This is not new. It's a long standing policy by Steam. If the dev is unable to show that they will stay within the rules, the get denied EA access. It's not new. It's been in place since EA started.

Ma'am, no offense, but you're at least partially at fault for where we are today. You really need to take responsibility for your actions. You started the crusade that lunatics like those at Collective Shout are now carrying forward. Please sit this one out and let us handle it.
