I was diagnosed with #HIV in 1998, when I was 30.
Many of my friends had died of AIDS. I did not expect to live to 50.
I’m 58 now.
HIV treatment works.
Treatment also makes it impossible for me to pass HIV on during sex.

When I was 11 years old & we were heading home to AZ from the Seattle World's Fair we took a detour down from Port Angeles and stopped alongside Lake Crescent. I got to fish there for a while. I still consider it the most beautiful patch of fresh water I have ever seen.
I have been off bluesky and under blue skies for most of the past week, in my beloved Olympic National Park.
Can you believe that this is from the eastern side, the rain shadow? We hiked thru two river valleys with giant evergreens towering over unending, rolling, tilted fields of ferns & moss.
