I spent the day in a blacksmith workshop turning an old farriers rasp into a kitchen knife. Not a bad way to pass the day.

I had to check my Beta PDF, it's a new stat called Resolve. You roll your stress dice then when you come to work out the result, you reduce the roll by your Resolve. It's quite high in the pregens.

Then within a couple of hours of landing, I was in a sword fighting seminar run by my local HEMA club and hosted Dr. Guy Windsor.
Jet lagged? Yes but happy to meet some local sword folks and chatting for a few hours about Fiore.

I’ve been a bit AWOL on here for the last week. I was in the fabled city of (checks notes) Des Moines for a work trip and I ate some alligator, some breakfast pizza and drank A LOT of Old Fashioneds.

After the discussion around robots yesterday, I got out the broken one I was scratch building a couple of years ago and repaired him. I’m at the point was last time though. Hands.
I fucking hate sculpting or making hands and feet. I need some inspiration.

Three little robot heads I kitbashed a few years ago from junk in my bits box. I really enjoyed making these three and wish I’d cast them to make copies.

Back in 2011, when I was getting back into sculpting after a very long break, I used one of those sketches for the basis of a giant chonk of a boy. It looks crude now but I am quite proud of it to this day.
