Which is why many of us have a spotty publishing record tbh. I’ve always had a 5/5 schedule (20+ yrs), & with overloads can have a 6/5 schedule. That plus college reqrmnts for cmte work etc leaves no time to seriously work on ms dvlpmnt. LOTS of assumptions on time & expectations of unpaid labor.😡

Thanks for the article. I think some might feel uncomfortable being labeled a book banner, but I think many are deliberately trying to change language in an attempt to normalize their banning actions & get others on board. Either way, it’s disingenuous and pernicious and horrific.
