I'm on a few casting-call acting apps that announce upcoming projects. I've been lucky to receive some direct emails asking me to submit a self-tape. Oddly, most of parts are for an elderly man with Alzheimer's.

Last week I auditioned for the part of Norman for a theatre production of 'On Golden Pond,' but did not land it. There was a heck of a lot of impressive talent in that room.

There were about 30 of us in room auditioning for a play of five characters. There were four of us older men vying for the same role.
It was darn fun. I hope to do more of these to get more audition experience. 😀
