Always thought provoking @ruthpatrick0.bsky.social! Important to really think about realities of participatory work. We often see this in the voluntary sector: balancing the demands on the sector, the degree of support needed to join in research and articulating the benefits to them. #pppconf2025

Some insights from #scos2025 with Anne Theunissen and Grace Lordan getting us to reflect on different gendered aspects of work as well as Agnieska and Igor Postula having us consider the odd liminal spaces of managers. Lots of ideas of work to revisit.
