Just returned from such a trip ->Amboseli -> Ngorongoro -> Olduvai -> L Victoria -> Mara. Fantastic !

We watched the hippos head out to graze one more time.
We welcomed a final sunrise on the Maasai Mara.
We’re heading home after three amazing weeks in Africa.

We visited a Maasai village to learn about their lives. It was great fun and we received a warm welcome.
Also it seems I was declared winner of the jumping contest.

Lake Victoria!
We had a great visit to a local fishing village.

Turns out that the gorge is misnamed and should be “Oldupai” which is local name for the sisal plants growing everywhere in the area.
