🟢Broad beans are high in protein and fibre - great for adding to meals or making into a hummus to have as a snack or dip

🟢🟢🟢and Brussels sprouts - why wait 'til Christmas to enjoy them!

🥦Broccoli is at its sweetest this month so try it in a salad, quiche, stir-fry, roasted or even in a summer stew!
